Judge William J. Conlen, Philadelphia Admiralty (maritime) Lawyer and Artist

Admiralty lawyer who once interviewed Premier Mussolini while in Italy, was head member of the Firm of Conlen, LaBrum and Beechwood iwth office in the Packard Building in Philadelphia, President of the American Branch of the International Law Association and of the New Jersey Society of Pennsylvania. Born in Morris County, he resided in Byrn Mahr, PA. N.J. Graduate of the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania. His club memberships included the Union League, the Art Club of Philadelphia, the Metropolitan Club of New York, the Philadelphia Country Club, the Racquet Club, Pine Valley Golf Club, Seaview Golf Club and India House Club.
